Leigh Hardy, LICSW is a teacher, trainer, and practitioner in the field of social work.  She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work and has been licensed in Massachusetts for the past 10 years.  Her work includes children, adults, families, and communities in acute and non-acute settings.  Her expertise is complex behavioral health and her passion is substance use. 

Leigh is a bridge builder with a deep toolbox of facilitation skills.  Circle Process came into Leigh’s life at the beginning of her social work career through Saroeum Phoung of PointOneNorth Consulting.  Her experience continues to reinforce that Circle Process is the most valuable starting place for any healing journey.  Leigh started Circlevention to create more spaces for people experiencing behavioral health challenges to engage with and benefit from Circle Process.
